Cardio? Yes!

Ok, so after hitting a setback from moving and getting the new house together I have started working out again! After almost a year off, is it hard? Yup, I can say I feel like I'm starting over, however, I will keep it up!

Are setbacks inevitable? For Sure! Life sometimes gets in the way whether it's a move, illness, surgery, or anything. It's easy to fall into old habits (especially for me!) Taking the easy way of a snack or the good food... have I passed up a burger, pizza, or tacos the past year? Nope. Did I choose a healthier option? Nope. And it has caught up to me! I do regret falling into my old happens but try not to beat myself up about it. I have recognized that I will no longer continue the bad habits and getting back on track.

So one item I recently purchased (because I love the stair master but can't afford one) is the Sunny cardio climber. I have used it a few times and really like it! It's like an elliptical/stepper combined and very easy on the knees which is a big plus! They have 3 different sizes which would be based on your stride length and height. I went with the mid-size as I'm 5'6" and it works great!

I love lifting however, I think it's important to throw cardio in.. heart health! Do it! I'm not saying jump on for an hour like a hamster lol but throw some 20 -30 minutes in there a couple of times a week and see how you feel!

What else will cardio exercise do for you besides helping your health by strengthening it, lowering blood pressure, regulating blood sugar, helping you sleep, strengthening your immune system, regulating your weight, boosting your mood, and improving your brain functioning! Why wouldn't you want to jump on with some cardio exercise and reap the benefits?

Here's the one I went with, check it out!
